Bedgear, which was founded in 2009, offers personalized products based on sleep position and body frame with patented fabric technologies to help regulate body temperature and generate a cooler, drier sleep environment.
Alletto started the company when he learned that his son wasn’t sleeping well due to bedding-related allergies.
Bedgear has expanded to offer products in the U.S., Russia and Australia.
Their new partnership with De Rucci will allow them to expand to China, which also has stores in multiple countries including the United States, Germany, Italy, Canada, Australia and more,
"I was excited about the power of Bedgear's performance brand. Their showrooms in the US intrigued me to bring their new way to present bedding to young, Millennial customers, both online and in-store, focusing on the personalized fitting process to engage today's Chinese consumers, who are active and tech-focused and want to achieve more in their lives," Wang Bingkun, De Rucci President said. "Bedgear is a great cultural fit for De Rucci and an important collaboration between two international companies, each with our own strengths, now working together."
