Farmingdale Elementary School Students Travel the Globe Virtually

Farmingdale School District’s Woodward Parkway Elementary School fifth-grade students in Mrs. Squicciarini's class recently learned how to use WebQuest, a collaborative tool which improves team-based learning.

Students in Ms.Squicciarini’s class used WebQuest to research countries and cultures around the world as part of the Farmingdale School District’s mission to provide students with a technologically innovative education and protect the environment by providing students with a paper alternative. While the students completed their assignment, Ms. Squicciarini used WebQuest to provide individualized, direct feedback to each student in the classroom.
