Farmingdale, NY – The Farmingdale School District recently celebrated its annual homecoming parade at Farmingdale High School. During the event, hundreds of parents, students, and proud members of the community dressed in green watched the parade and supported the Dalers. Homecoming festivities began with a Friday night Pep Rally, followed by Saturday morning’s Homecoming parade and afternoon football game.
Saturday’s Homecoming Parade featured floats created by each grade in the high school as thousands of community members cheered on the team, marching band and cheering squad. The game followed the parade, ending in a dominant victory over division rival Uniondale High School.
Also during the parade, Farmingdale High School celebrated the crowning of senior Nicholas Fiorentino as the Homecoming King and senior Dana Hartmann as the Homecoming Queen.
