Farmingdale High School Students Go Bald for a Cause
Eight local students shave their heads for childhood cancer
Eight Farmingdale High School students recently participated in a local St. Baldrick’s Foundation fundraiser head-shaving event.
The students joined in a collective effort to shave their heads while helping to raise funds for childhood cancer research. They received donation pledges from family, friends and community members to raise thousands of dollars.
Participating students in this year’s program included Michael Coakley, William Hroch, Nicholas Carbone, Frankie Gillman, Aaron Tucker, Kyle Tucker, Matthew Lewis-Flood, and Nicholas Fiorentino.
