Farmingdale 'Movies On The Green' Lineup Announced
Six flicks are planned for Dalers to enjoy this summer on the Farmingdale Village Green. Which one do you most want to see?
FARMINGDALE, NY — With warm weather here, summer fun is returning to Farmingdale. That includes "Movies On the Village Green."
Six flicks will be shown throughout July and August, with all movies due to start at dusk, according to the village. Below is the full lineup:
- July 20: "Finding Nemo"
- July 27: "The Princess Bride"
- Aug. 3: "Onward"
- Aug. 10: "The Absent-Minded Professor"
- Aug. 17: "Pete's Dragon"
- Aug. 24: "The Lion King"
Popcorn, juice and ice cream will not be provided this year by the village due to coronavirus restrictions. However, residents are encouraged to arrive early and bring dinner — including takeout from a local eatery on Main Street.
