Farmingdale School Budget Results Are In

In the school board member election, challenger Arlene Soete​ beat out incumbent John Capobianco.

Farmingdale residents approved the district’s $162.2 million proposed budget on Tuesday by a margin of 1,558-623.

The budget represents a 2.15 percent spending increase over the current year.

In the vote for Farmingdale Board of Education members, incumbent Ralph Morales was re-elected and challenger Arlene Soete beat out incumbent John Capobianco.
