The college announced the decision in light of an approaching snowstorm.
Farmingdale State College will be closed Thursday due to inclement weather, district officials have announced.
According to the college website, all classes will be cancelled on Thursday, Feb. 9.
In addition, the campus shuttle will not be operating.
