FARMINGDALE, NY–Here's a list of spring and summer events that Farmingdale residents can look forward to.
- Saturday, June 8, from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.: Farmingdale Fire Department Spring Street Fair on Main Street. Features vendors and family fun.
- Saturday, June 8, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.: 2nd Annual Farmingdale Medieval History Day located on the Village Green. Hosted by the Farmingdale Village Cultural Arts Committee and the Canton of Lions End.
- June 9 through June 15: Farmingdale Spring Restaurant Week. 18 eateries in Farmingdale will be offering special deals. Participating restaurants on Main Street include: Caracara Mexican Grill, That Meetball Place, Uncle Tony’s, T.O.A. Asian Fusion, Library Café, High Tide Taco Bar, Lotus Restaurant, The Nutty Irishman, Tre Scalini, Vintage, Dark Horse Tavern, Vespa Italian Kitchen & Bar, Croxley's Ale House and and Charlotte’s Frozen Yogurt. Restaurants just outside the Village taking part are Burrito Mariachi, The Turning Point, Mary’s Pizza & Pasta and The Main Event.
More events that will be located at the Village Green on 361 Main St.
- Sundays, June 2 through November 17: Farmers' Market
- Friday, June 7 at 7:30 p.m.: Youth Open Mic Night
- Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.: 6/26, 7/3, 7/10 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, and 8/7: Village Pops Concerts
- Tuesday evenings at dusk: Movies on the Green: July 9 (Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax), July 16 (Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse), July 23 (Small Foot), July 30 (A Dog’s Way Home), August 6 (Ralph Breaks the Internet), August 13 (Incredibles 2), August 20 (The Goonies). Free to attend.
- Thursdays at 5 p.m. July 11, July 25, August 8, August 22: Farmingdale Music On Main
