Firefighters Rescue Person Trapped In Rubble After Car Crashes Into Building

EAST FARMINGDALE, NY - Firefighters rescued one person stuck in rubble after a truck crashed into a building in East Farmingdale last Thursday morning.

Members of the East Farmingdale Fire Department responded to the incident on Field Street at about 11:42 a.m.

The one person who was trapped in the rubble was transported to a local area hospital.

No other injuries were reported.

Suffolk County Police and the Town of Babylon's Fire Marshal's office are investigating the incident.
