Form a rock band at School of Rock Farmingdale this summer!

School of Rock summer camps are two-weeks/five days of learning music, fun, bonding with new band mates, and performing in a live show!

OPEN HOUSE - JUNE 4TH @11am to 1pm. SAVE 25% when signing up at the OPEN HOUSE

The camps are designed for musicians of all skill levels who play guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and vocals.

Our comprehensive camp experience is designed to hone music performance and ensemble skills in a creative and fun environment. We know from experience that playing in a band situation speeds learning and creates “seasoned” musicians. During these two-weeks or one-week all-day sessions, campers meet and interact with other young musicians to hone their performance and ensemble skills. Programs are taught by our staff of amazing musicians who combine years of technical expertise and knowledge with extensive experience working with kids. Come rock with us this summer!

During the Summer of 2016, we are offering three all-day (10:00am to 3:00pm) summer camp sessions, ideal for musicians from ages 9-18 who want authentic rock music learning experience. Sessions include: The Classic vs. Modern Camp (July 11-22), Drumageddon Camp (August 1-5), School of Rock Musical Camp (August 8-12).

You will learn how rock and roll music progressed over time, as well as see a similarity and how all of the notes and chords tie together. This opens up the camp to a wide variety of music, such as Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Billy Joel, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, Imagine Dragons, Queen, Black Keys, and much more!
