How Much Snow Did Farmingdale Get?
National Weather Center reported snowfall totals across Long Island. How did they match with your own measurements?

A fresh coat of powder blanketed Long Island Tuesday morning as a storm system moved through the area.
Suffolk County reported the highest amount so far with Bay Shore and Port Jefferson each reporting 5 inches of snow.
Nassau County wasn’t far behind. Long Beach reported the most amount of snow, 4.5 inches, out of all the NWS measurement sites.

While the sun may be poking through the clouds, Long Island can expect scattered flurries through the afternoon and more snow showers Wednesday and Thursday.
Temperatures and wind chills will still hit the single digits Tuesday and Wednesday night, according to NWS. Temps will be relatively pleasant and hit 30 degrees by Wednesday before dropping to the 20s Thursday.

- Long Beach: 4.5 inches
- Rockville Centre: 4.3 inches
- Bellerose: 4.2 inches
- Merrick: 4.1 inches
- Bellmore: 4 inches
- North Merrick: 3.8 inches
- Levittown: 3.5 inches
- Plainview: 3.5 inches
- Albertson: 3.4 inches
- Wantagh: 3.2 inches
- Farmingdale: 3 inches
Suffolk County
- Bay Shore: 5 inches
- Port Jefferson: 5 inches
- Babylon: 4 inches
- Islip: 3.5 inches
- Smithtown: 3.4 inches
- Sayville: 3.3 inches
- Huntington Station: 3.2 inches
- Southampton: 3 inches
- Centerport: 2.6 inches
- Islip Airport: 2.6 inches
- Ronkonkoma: 2.5 inches
- Miller Place: 2.4 inches
