The Jefferson At Farmingdale Plaza Sells For $73.5M: Report
The sale price of the 2.5-acre, 154-unit rental community came out, according to a report.
FARMINGDALE, NY — The Jefferson at Farmingdale Plaza, a 2.5-acre, 154-unit rental community in the heart of the community's village, was purchased by Fairfield Properties, commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced in December.
Fairfield, a Melville-based owner of rental apartments across Long Island, purchased the luxury apartment complex for $73.5 million, Newsday reported.
