Man Burglarized Several Homes in S. Farmingdale, N. Massapequa: Police
The Farmingdale man was arrested Friday.

A Farmingdale man was arrested Friday for committing several burglaries in North Massapequa and South Farmingdale, police say.
A Burglary Pattern Team investigation into the burglaries led to the arrest of Vincenzo F. Romeo, 24, who was charged with four counts of second-degree burglary.
Police say Romero committed the following burglaries:

- Someone entered a N. Utica Avenue home in North Massapequa and stole assorted jewelry, electronic equipment and cash on Sept. 25, 2014.
- Someone entered a Hitchcock Lane home in South Farmingdale through a rear window and removed cash and personal papers on March 30.
- Someone entered two homes on N. Suffolk Avenue in North Massapequa and stole jewelry from both homes on Wednesday, May 18.
Romero was placed under arrest without incident on Yoakum Avenue in Farmingdale at 8:25 p.m. Friday.
He will be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
