Man Driving Stolen Car When He Was Arrested For Burglary: NCPD
Police say the man broke into a car wash last month and stole the register.

A West Babylon man was arrested on Sunday after police say they determined he broke into a Farmingdale business last month.
According to police, Johan Serrano, 18, of Bergan Avenue, broke into Farmingdale Car Wash, located at 166 Fulton Ave., on Oct. 29. Police say he pried open a rear door and stole the cash register. During the investigation, police say that video and fingerprint evidence led them to Serrano.
Serrano was located in West Babylon on Sunday and arrested. Police say that, at the time of his arrest, Serrano was driving a car that was reported stolen in Massapequa Park.

Serrano is charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. He is scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Nov. 26.
