Man Found Sitting In Car With Gun, Open Beer: Police

The 33-year-old was arrested on Monday night, police said.

BETHPAGE, NY - A Bethpage man was arrested after he was found sitting in his car with a handgun and an open beer in Bethpage on Monday night, according to Nassau Police.

Michael Zerebak, 33, was found sitting in his car in the parking lot of 899 S. Oyster Bay Road at about 6:30 p.m., police said.

He was then discovered to be in possession of a handgun and an open beer, police said.

Zerebak is being charged with second degree criminal possession of a weapon, obstructed plate, excessive tint side windows, and consumption of alcohol.

He will be arraigned on Tuesday.
