Man Stabbed With Kitchen Knife After Breaking Up Fight
BREAKING: The victim broke up a fight between two men in a Long Island parking lot, but then he was stabbed by one of the men Sunday.

FARMINGDALE, NY – A 23-year-old man was stabbed after he broke up a fight between two men in a Farmingdale parking lot Sunday morning, Nassau Police said.
It happened in the rear parking lot of 293 Main St. at about 4:47 a.m.
According to police, the man was walking in the parking lot when he observed two unknown males fighting. He intervened, causing one of the men who was fighting to flee, but the other began arguing with the bystander.

After scratching the 23-year-old in the face, the man displayed a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the upper right arm, causing a puncture wound. The man then fled on foot north toward Conklin Street. No arrests have been made.
The suspect is described as Hispanic, 20-25 years-old about 5-foot-4, with a thin build and brown hair. He was wearing a white shirt, red baseball cap and a dark sweater.
