Missing 'Vulnerable' Man Found
The 58-year-old was reported missing after leaving the hospital in August.
A "vulnerable" man reported missing last month was found on Thursday night, according to Nassau Police.
Antonio Germana, 58, of West Hempstead was reported missing on Aug. 29 after leaving the Nassau University Medical Center.
He was located on Sept. 14, police said.
