Nassau Teen Robbed By Group While Riding His Bike
Police say he was surrounded by eight men who took his cash and his bike.

A Nassau teen was robbed by a group of eight people Saturday evening, police say.
According to police, a 13-year-old boy was riding his bike on Van Cott Avenue in Farmingdale at 8:20 p.m. when he was approached by eight men. The men demanded money from the victim, and he gave them his cash. Fearing for his safety, the teen left his bike and fled on foot.
When he returned to the scene a short time later, his bike was gone.
