New Restaurant Opens in Farmingdale

That Meetball Place opened a second location on Main Street.

A new restaurant recently opened up in Farmingdale.

That Meetball Place, which originally opened up in Patchogue in 2014, launched their second location on 206 Main Street.

"We are thrilled to announce the opening of our second “That Meetball Place,” this time in another resurging Main Street Village here on Long Island, Farmingdale," a message on the restaurant's website reads. "We believe our concept is a perfect fit for this close knit and welcoming community now growing with a new buzz and activity."

The concept of the restaurant was to take the popular comfort food, meatballs, as the focal point of the meals.

The menu includes the option to add meatballs to any of their salads or just straight up meatballs - with options such as buffalo chicken balls, vegetarian risotto balls, or their spicy 'Balls of Fire' among others - to pair with one of their seven sauces.

Then customers have their choice of how they want their meatballs - with pasta, bread or in a bowl.

That Meetball Place is open from Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
