EAST FARMINGDALE, NY - One man was hospitalized in an East Farmingdale car on Monday afternoon.
The local fire department responded to the a head-on crash on Wellwood Avenue at about 2:52 p.m.
The man was hospitalized with a head injury. The extent of his injuries are unknown.
