Wilen New York is a marketing agency located in Farmingdale, NY. We are looking for a part-time facility manager. The person for this position must be available to work Monday – Friday for approximately three hours a day. The hours are flexible between 9:30am and 5:30 pm.
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Errands (must have valid driver’s license and working vehicle – mileage is reimbursed.)

- Handy work (change light bulbs, hang pictures, light plumbing and electric)
- Moving boxes and heavy items to / from storage in our building
- Restock coffee and kitchen supplies
- Stock all printers
- Re-stock bathroom supplies
- Keep front lobby clean
- Keep outside clean and free from debris
- Clean / Empty refrigerators
- Water plants
- Maintain office inventory
- Constructing / deconstructing furniture
- Other miscellaneous tasks
