Police: Man Committed 6 Hicksville Burglaries in a 4-Month Span

A Levittown man was arrested Tuesday for committing six burglaries in Hicksville over a span of four months in 2013, police said.

According to authorities, Indalecio Zuniga, 43, stole food from the following stores from Jan. 23, 2013 to April 23, 2013:

• Choopan Grill, located at 15 W. Marie St., on two different occasions.
• Dunkin Donuts, located at 100 N. Broadway, on four different occasions.

Police officers saw Zuniga on W. Marie Street on Tuesday and placed him under arrest. He was charged with third degree burglary and will be arraigned Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
