Newton Running, a leading force in the natural running movement, is hosting a clinic at in Farmingdale tonight to discuss the trend and their products with local athletes.
The company's entire product line has been designed to encourage the natural running technique. The Action/Reaction Technology encourages runners to land on their midfoot/forefoot, taking advantage for their body's natural shock absorption.
The shoes are light-weight, minimalistic and nearly level to the ground.
