Service Changes on LIRR Ronkonkoma Branch Tuesday

The LIRR is operating on the Ronkonkoma Branch in both directions, which includes both the Farmingdale and Bethpage stations.

Starting at 5:10 a.m., LIRR will run hourly service on the Ronkonkoma Branch through the AM Peak. Additional rains have been added for commuters. There will be very limited AM eastbound service

Trains will leave Farmingdale for Penn Station at:

• 6:36 a.m.
• 7:06 a.m.
• 7:19 a.m.
• 7:35 a.m.
• 8:06 a.m.
• 8:36 a.m.
• 9:06 a.m.

After the AM Peak, the LIRR will operate limited Ronkonkoma Branch service in both directions.

The Farmingdale lot has not been cleared for parking, according the the MTA. The following parking lots on the Ronkonkoma Branch have been cleared: Hicksville, Mineola, Ronkonkoma, Brentwood, Deer Park and Wyandanch.

Currently, there is no service between Ronkonkoma and Greenport.

The MTA warns that "there continue to be major delays and in some cases suspensions in service across our transportation network that will continue through the morning and into the afternoon on portions of the Long Island Rail Road and NYC Subway system."
