Town Sets Hearings on Retirement Incentives, New Development

One is to consider a zoning change for a parcel located on Jericho Turnpike at Plainview Road in Woodbury. The change was requested to allow for a new housing development at that corner.
Triangle Equities wants to construct a gate house, recreation center and three single-family homes and 14 multi-family residential unit in two buildings on two separate parcels in that area. The parcels of land are part of a larger development that is located in the Town of Huntington, just over the Suffolk County Line.
