Cops: Man Had Toddler in His Arms While Dealing Heroin
Elmont couple charged with selling drugs and brought three-year-old son along, cops said.

An Elmont couple was seen selling heroin in Valley Stream and Elmont, sometimes with their young son in tow, according to Nassau County Police.
Detectives said Eric Boesenberg, 52, of Elmont, was seen four times by police selling heroin on Cedar Street in Valley Stream.
Cops said he was holding his three-year-old son in his arms during two of those transactions.

Boesenberg’s girlfriend, Giovanna Panza, 38, also of Elmont, was seen by police selling crack cocaine to another buyer in front of their Terrace Avenue home on Sept. 30, police said.

The two were arrested Wednesday in their home by Major Case detectives, cops said. Boesenberg was found with heroin and suboxone at the time, police said.
Their son was in the home at the time of their arrest and was released to a family member, police said.
Boesenberg was charged with four counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of unlawful dealing with a child.
Panza was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both will be arraigned Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
