Man was disgruntled over receiving summonses, reports stated.

A Queens man was arraigned Wednesday for threatening to blow up police precincts in Nassau County and New York City, according to the Nassau County District Attorney’s office.
Richard Bolton, 30, of Queens Village, was indicted on charges of making a terroristic threat and second-degree aggravated harassment, the DA said.
Bolton could face up to seven years in prison if convicted, the DA said.

Bolton was reportedly disgruntled after receiving police summonses in Queens, said Newsday.
“Terror threats are taken very seriously and divert critical law enforcement and first responders from other responsibilities,” said DA Kathleen Rice in a statement Wednesday.
“They threaten public safety and waste taxpayer dollars. Scenarios like this can have tragic consequences and the indictment reflects the seriousness of this defendant’s actions.”
Bolton is due back in court Dec. 9.
