Malverne Men Arrested For Burglarizing Valley Stream Home: Cops
One of the burglars was identified by DNA left in the home, police say.

VALLEY STREAM, NY - Two Malverne men were arrested on Monday for burglarizing a Valley Stream home last month, according to Nassau County Police.
On Wednesday, Jan. 20, 32-year-old Raymond Buckridge, and 46-year-old Michael Kelly, entered a home on Molyneaux Road by breaking the glass on the side door, police said.
Once inside, the two took assorted jewelry and fled the scene, according to police.

Detectives recovered Kelly’s DNA, who had cut himself on the glass at the scene, police said.
Buckridge, who had pawned some of the jewelry that day, was identified by the pawn shop owner, police said.

The duo were arrested on Monday, in front of Kelly’s home, police said.
Buckridge is being charged with second degree burglary, fifth degree criminal possession stolen property and tampering with physical evidence, according to police.
Kelly is being charged with second degree burglary and pedestrian right of way/cross roadway (previous open warrant).
Both defendants will be arraigned on Tuesday.
