Queens Duo Robbed Nassau Fed Ex Box Multiple Times: Police
Police say the two broke into and stole from the drop-off box many times.

CEDARHURST, NY — Nassau County police reported the arrest of two Queens men for breaking into a Fed Ex drop box in North Lawrence on multiple occasions.
According to police, detectives were investigating multiple thefts from a Fed Ex drop box located at 136 Spruce St. in Cedarhurst. Police say the investigation revealed that Thomas Mensah, 21, of Beach 87th Street, Queens, and Michael Fayemiwo, 22, of Lanett Avenue, Far Rockaway, were responsible for the thefts.
Police located the two in a white 2018 BMW in the parking lot of Jimmy Jazz, at 253-01 Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence, at 5 p.m. on Wednesday and placed them under arrest without incident.

Mensah is charged with eight counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts of possession of burglar tools, third-degree grand larceny, petty larceny and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Fayemiwo is charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, forgery of a vehicle identification number, third-degree grand larceny, two counts of petty larceny and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned later today.
