Flushing Man Charged After Deadly Stabbing Outside Queens Restaurant
The stabbing happened outside a restaurant in Jackson Heights.
QUEENS, NY — A 38-year-old man has been charged with murder for a deadly stabbing outside a Queens restaurant.
Jose Rodriguez Balda, of Flushing, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Balda is accused of stabbing Angel Marcelo Escalante Gamazo, 48, following an argument outside Los Arrieros Restaurant on Sept. 17 at 4 a.m.

The 48-year-old was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
