Murray Hill Man Arrested For Attempted Murder In Queens: Police

The Murray Hill man was charged with attempted murder for a shooting Tuesday in East Elmhurst.

MURRAY HILL, QUEENS — Police have charged a Murray Hill man with attempted murder for a shooting Tuesday in Queens.

Murray Hill resident Kevin Rosado, 27, stands accused of attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and weapon charges for a shooting in East Elmhurst on April 9, according to police.

A 34-year-old man was shot in the leg about 6:20 p.m. Tuesday on the corner of 31st Avenue and 102nd Street, according to police. The motive for the shooting is unclear, police said.

Emergency responders took the man to Elmhurst Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
