A YouTube video shows a police car slamming into a car sitting in front of it.

FLUSHING, QUEENS — An NYPD traffic cop in Queens played bumper cars to get out of a traffic jam in an incident caught on video.
A YouTube video posted Saturday shows a police car driver rear-ending a double parker who was blocking traffic, as onlookers watch shocked.
The cop car then reverses into the car behind it, then speeds forward again, slamming into the car in front as it inches into an empty parking space.
