Woman Found Dead After Fire In Flushing Home, Police Say
Police had not named the victim as of Wednesday morning.

FLUSHING, NY – A woman's body was found in the wreckage of a Queens apartment after a fire Tuesday night, police said. The woman, 65, had not been named as of Wednesday.
Firefighters were called to the first floor apartment at 4332 Kissena Blvd, a 16-story building in Flushing, at 9:45 p.m.
After putting out the fire, they found the woman's body. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests had been made and a police investigation was ongoing Wednesday.
