Journey Through the Chakras Workshop - Intro to Kundalini, Tantra & Pranayama

Expand your knowledge of Kundalini Yoga with this 10-week workshop that will take you on a JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS. We will explore each of the 7 major chakras in depth: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Brow and Crown. Learn yoga asanas related to each chakra, specific meditations that use seed mantras related to the chakras, movement and dance (i.e., heavy movement for muldhara, flowing movement for swadhistana, etc.). Understand the basics of Tantra and Pranayama (breath work). Led by Yogi René.

ABOUT YOGI RENE Yogi Renè is a teacher, healer and author. He started his journey on the path to enlightenment as a student of yoga and meditation in 1958, studying with such outstanding teachers as Richard Hittelman, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Satchidenanda, BKS Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois, and Srivatsa Ramaswami. He met his master, Sri Swami Rama in 1983 and was initiated into the Himalayan tradition by Swamiji in 1986. Yogi Renè is a lifelong student of Kriya, Kundalini and Tantra Yoga. At his initiation, Swamiji revealed the personal mission that Yogi Renè was to fulfill, to teach and to transmit a tradition of meditation and interfaith understanding to future generations of spiritual aspirants. As a jnana yogi, he is a student and teacher of a number of disciplines of metaphysical and esoteric knowledge including Judaism, Christianity, Daoism, Buddhism and several forms of ancient Pagan religions and philosophies.
