Structural Integration Massage

Structural Integration in a form of massage that focuses, not on the muscle tissue, but on the connective tissue protecting the muscle, called Fascia. This process of releasing the fascia aligns and balances the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia allowing muscles to move more efficiently. Restricted fascia is released and lengthened so the body can return to its structurally optimal position becoming more flexible, more coordinated, breathing easier, more energetic, and creating better posture.
