Gingerbread Players present "The Boy Friend"

This classic boy-meets-girl romantic romp, set on the
freewheeling French Riviera during the Jazz Age, is an affectionate
spoof of the madcap musicals of the 1920s. The story of Polly Browne,
the poor little rich girl at an elegant school for young ladies, and her
search for “that perfect thing called the boy friend” will lift your
spirits and set your toes a-tapping with such irresistible tunes as
“Room in Bloomsbury,” “Sur La Plage” and “Won’t You Charleston With Me?”

Performances
are on Saturday, March 29 (2:30 & 7:30 p.m.); Sunday, March 30
(2:30 p.m.); Friday, April 4, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, April 5, at 2:30
p.m.; and Sunday, April 6, at 2:30 p.m. The company’s trademark
gingerbread cookies and cakes will be on sale during intermission.
