Make noise in the library! Brendan Finnegan has studied drumming and dancing in West Africa and developed a special drum and dance circle from his travels. Attendees will be given basic instruction and will play in a drum circle. Bring your own drum or borrow one of our instruments. Please remove all rings before playing.

Jamaica Drum Jam brings people together through music. We are a Jamaica, Queens based non-profit that provides music education and performances to low and moderate income individuals in New York City.
