This workshop is perfect for first time students, or yogis looking to refine the basics. Over the three weeks you'll:
- Build strength and flexibility as you become familiar moving through the sun salutations.
- Learn the alignment of basic standing and seated postures.
- Learn to move with and guided by your own breath.
- Become comfortable using props.
- Learn to safely modify poses in an open level class.
Students are encouraged to attend all three classes, but drop ins are welcome.
