Alternate-side parking regulations remain suspended on Tuesday, Jan. 4, according to Mayor Bloomberg. All other regulations, including metered parking, remain in effect. Garbage collection is resuming on Monday as well, albeit on "a limited basis," according to the city Department of Sanitation.
