Brooklyn Techincal High School alum Zujaja Taqueer is one of two New Yorkers to win the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship, which gives the receipient a full ride at Oxford University. Taqueer, a graduate of Brooklyn Tech in 2007, is currently in her senior year at Brooklyn College. She plans to study philosophy in the history of medicine at Oxford.
