Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries will deliver his State of the District address on Wednesday, Jan. 26 in Higgins Hall at the Pratt Institute at 6:30 p.m. Jefferies will lay out his agenda for the 57th State Aseembly District, which covers parts of Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights.
