Mixxxy Mondays at Two Steps Down

For decades,  restaurant has been delivering good food to the Clinton Hill/Fort Greene Community. Whether its their tasty Sunday brunch or their delicious sea food dinners, they never seem to disappoint us, even after all these years.

Recently there has been a new addition to Two Steps Down's weekly calendar. This event is held Monday nights and features up and coming local artists with a variety of performers, from comedians, to vocalists. This event is being known as Mixxxy Mondays! The cover charge is $5 before 8 pm and $10 after. One free drink is granted to whoever pays the cover charge. Mixxxy Mondays has brought all types of great music, bands and vocalists to the club. Its a great way to finish off a Monday Night.

On August 1, there will be performances by some serious up and comers known as Nappy Hair and Planet Fli. Nappy Hair, a music group from Brooklyn has recently done shows with the famous Slum Village and Mos Def while Planet Fli has opened up for artists such as Too Short and Kendrick Lamar.

If you are bored on a Monday night you definitely want to stop by at this event. Meet some great, fun people and see great performers. The doors open for this event at 7 p.m. Kick your week off with a great night at mixxxy Mondays with Two Steps Down.
