Join us at BRIC House starting at 1pm for a day of fun
activities for families and folks of all ages. Free activities taking place
between 1 and 8pm include an animation station, an immersive storytelling
event, a Bhangra dance class, and performances by a West African percussion
ensemble, among others. End the night with a $10 dance party beginning at 8pm
and featuring Mamarazzi, Brooklyn's 8-piece Afro-funk-hop juggernaut; and DJ
Rekha, famous for her “Basement Bhangra” dance party which is a masterful
fusion of classic and cutting-edge South Asian culture.
