Chris Rock's three-story carriage house at 239 Waverly Ave. will list on Douglas Eliman for $3,850,000, according to reports.
CLINTON HILL — You can live in Chris Rock’s Clinton Hill carriage house, but you’re going to need to cough up a cool $3.85 million, according to reports.
The standup comedian bought his 3,700-square-foot home at 239 Waverley Ave. in the 1990s and has since given it a complete renovation with central air conditioning and new appliances, the New York Post reported.
Rock hasn’t lived in the two-bedroom carriage house for more than 20 years — but he began renting it out in 2013 for about $8,000 a month, according to Curbed NY.

The three-story carriage house — built in 1901 — features a two-car garage, terrace, a master bedroom suite, according to StreetEasy.com.
Curbed NY reports the space still has its original wood beams and exposed brick walls.

The online listing has yet to go public but is expected to appear shortly on the Douglas Elliman website, the Post reported.
