Join the Inside Out Project for a street art event in support of Abdala Abaker and his family who hail from Darfur and were forced to flee their home. The family has bravely and with grace made a new home here in Brooklyn and have added their own unique beauty to the tapestry that is Brooklyn. This family represents a growing new Darfuri Community in Brooklyn.
The group will meet a the corner of St. Felix & Lafayette to post 4 large (6'x4') photographs of members of Abdala Abaker and his family on the wood facade of a friend's property.
