The Fort Greene Jazz Fest comes but once a year. And this year promises to be worth the wait, with a lineup that includes The Eric Frazier Quintet, Jazz vocalists Cynthia Holiday and Taeko, Banana Puddin' creator Rome Neal, former voice of the NYPD Ruby Collins, and Jazz's teen phenom Solomon Hicks.
