Gang Of Thieves Rob 16-year-old On Brooklyn Q Train: Cops

Police are looking for five men that stole a teenagers phone as the Q train pulled into Atlantic Avenue station.

FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for five men who robbed a 16-year-old of his phone on the Q train last week.

Around 3:30 p.m., the five men, all estimated to be between 18 and 20, approached the 16-year-old boy as the Q train made its way to Atlantic Avenue. The five thieves surrounded the victim and demanded his property, police said.

The teen gave them his cell hone and earphones. The suspects got off the train at Atlantic Avenue and fled through the station towards the southbound 2 and 3 train platform, police said.

The five men were last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, a blue coat and blue jeans; a black hooded sweater, a black vest, black sweatpants and white sneakers; a black baseball cap, a white hooded sweater, a black jacket, black pants and black and white sneakers; a black hooded sweater, black sweatpants and he had on a white backpack and a black hooded coat, black pants and black sneakers.
