CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN — A man sprayed up to three people with what appeared to be pepper spray in Clinton Hill Friday morning, police said. The man attacked between one and three people with a noxious spray on Fulton Street near Washington Avenue about 7:30 a.m., said police. The sprayer ran away and police have arrived on the corner to investigate, according to the NYPD.
