Man Stole Electronics, Wrestling Belt From Freeport Home: Police
Police recovered DNA evidence at the scene which led to the man's arrest at his home on Saturday, police say.

FREEPORT, NY - A Baldwin man was arrested on Saturday for burglarizing a Freeport home back in May, according to Nassau Police.
Gabriel A. Tavarez, 21, broke into a home on Westside Avenue where he stole several electronics and a wrestling belt on May 2, police said.
Police recovered DNA evidence at the scene which led to Tavarez's arrest at his home in Baldwin, police said.

He was charged with second degree burglary and criminal possession of stolen property, according to police.
He will be arraigned on Sunday.
