2016 Election: Winner Declared in Ra/Port 19th Assembly District Race
The votes are in.
Once again, incumbent Republican Ed Ra has soundly defeated Democratic challenger Gary Port for the 19th Assembly District seat.
Ra and Port had previously faced off in both 2012 and 2014, and Ra easily won both times.
With all 128 precincts in, Ra had earned 32,562 votes to Port's 20,116.
